Plot twist, it's actually great!
Staying here was a good surprise! The noise-free atmosphere combined with a clean, modern room. With a giant bed, Netflix, and kind staff, I felt pampered. Nearby conveniences like a 7/11 and laundry option added value. Definitely one of my best experiences in the area!

What a really great stay, no reason to complain. Incredible rooms and neat with larger than large bed, modern TV and bathroom. Excellent setting, close to Jungceylon mall, and all the night markets and attraction. Also, very close to the beach:)))
Kind of rude staff!

We loved everything. Ansino bukit restaurant, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. It takes 15 mins to get to a bus station...

Both a hit and a miss
The artistic design and large modern TV. I found it to be a great location with easy access to attractions, all while in a peaceful area.
Despite having no breakfast or additional amenities, the lack of dining options left something to be desired.

Leaving
I am a 20 year visitor to Thailand - this was the worst hotel experience I have had at any level in the Kingdom 1) the airport taxi didn't show up (confirmed twice on email) when I called the hotel they said to get a taxi , lucky I know which to avoid getting ripped off by. 2) Why put wind chimes outside a bedroom on a balcony that keeps you awake all night and the balcony doors are so badly made they bang all night. 3) no room service ( see point 4) 4) Location is terrible - nothing nearby - a hotel tuk tuk is only useful if it picks you up after. 4) who designed a bathroom with no shower screen so the entire floor becomes a swimming pool - also forgetting to clean the room twice, no toilet tissue, trying to dble charge the room etc etc

The Premier Double Room features traditional Thai furnishings, which adds a nice touch to the decor. The location is convenient, providing easy access to local attractions and nightlife in Patong.
The bathroom could use some serious updates. The shower barely trickles water. The air conditioning system sounds like it's auditioning for a starship role-loud and disruptive. On top of that, some linens were stained, and when I requested a change, the answer was a quick no. The lack of attentiveness in addressing these issues, combined with the outdated facilities.

The staffs were very nice. They really helped us a lot, we felt so sweet there. The room was clean and with good hot water supply. I really like the service very much, without the problem of the location i would like to stay there every time if i go to Phuket.
Though the location of the hotel is not good, it is not very far to the beach, the only problem is you have to wait several minutes for the free mini bus of the hotel to go to the beach and get back by your self.

The hotel had a really nice design and interior decoration. The room was very clean and nice. Staff there were always friendly and helpful. The hotel had free one way tuk tuk service. That means you do have to walk or take other forms of transportation when you come back to the hotel.
One of their staff told me the laundry service was free. But when I checked out, it turned out that I was charged more than 200b for it. Staff there also made few other mistakes, such as charging me so much more than what I should pay. They just need to be more professional. So please remember to check the bills very carefully.

I stayed in the Premier room, with the poster bed and it was really a beautiful yet affordable room. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel has excellent wifi connection. Amazingly just opposite the hotel there are massage palours that I can visit and it's so convenient to just pop back up for a shower. There's also a convenient store at the side of the street. At night there were food vendors selling street food as well. It's a walking distance to Patong, Jungceylong. However if you need to go to other places, there's motorbike taxi service and they're all available across the road as well.
For a moment, the bathtub sprouted mud colour water. I had to let the water drain away till clear colour before using it again. There isn't any pool in this hotel. Most taxi drivers have no idea where the hotel is. You'll have to give them the hotel's number and address.
